“Luxury is not simply what is inside the gift. It is the feeling someone experiences before they even open it.”

Lana Sverdlik is the designer and creative director behind BonVivant Gift Wrapping, the atelier she leads in Great Neck as a division of BonVivant Services. Her work begins with a simple conviction that a gift is an emotion made visible. Every presentation that leaves the studio reflects her eye for proportion, texture and restraint, transforming thoughtful objects into moments that feel composed, personal and quietly unforgettable for the people who receive them.

Lana approaches luxury presentation the way a couturier approaches a gown. She considers the silhouette of a box, the weight of a ribbon, the softness of tissue and the precise moment a lid is lifted. Her floral styling, shaped alongside BonVivant Florists of Great Neck, brings garden roses, peonies and seasonal blooms into the design itself, so flowers and wrapping speak the same refined visual language from the first glance to the final reveal.

Under her direction, the atelier creates custom gift baskets, wedding gifting, personalized wrapping and special-event presentations for clients across Nassau County, Long Island and New York City. Whether she is styling a customer-owned designer handbag for a proposal, composing welcome boxes for wedding guests or designing a corporate program with a company’s colors, Lana brings the same devotion to the individual story behind each gift and the person who will open it.

What defines her work most is attention to detail. Lana notices the small things others overlook, such as the alignment of a monogram, the drape of a bow or the way candlelight catches a satin edge. She believes elegance lives in these choices. Her aim is never excess, but a presentation so thoughtfully considered that the recipient feels truly seen before they have even opened the gift.

  • Emotion First

Every design begins with the feeling the gift should create.

  • Restraint

Elegance comes from knowing precisely what to leave out.

  • Floral Artistry

Fresh blooms are woven into the design rather than simply added.

  • Personal Story

Each gift reflects the person who receives it and the one who sends it.

  • Handcrafted Finish

Every fold, bow and card is completed by hand in our Great Neck atelier.

  • Attention to Detail
